• Is there a free trial?

  Yes — every new project gets a 30-day free trial when you create it from the iOS app. No credit card required to start.

• Which tier should I pick?

  Solo operators and owner-skippers fit on Standard. Full-time crewed yachts that lean on AI for receipts, manuals, and reports want Pro. Fleets or yachts with more than 10 crew should jump straight to Pro Unlimited — it's cheaper than stacking seat packs.

• How do crew seats work?

  Standard and Pro come with one seat (the primary user) included. To add more crew you buy seat add-ons one at a time or in 3 / 5 / 10 packs. Each pack is a separate App Store subscription you can cancel any time. Need more than 10? Switch to Pro Unlimited.

• Annual vs monthly?

  Annual billing saves ~17% vs twelve months of monthly across every tier and add-on. If you know the yacht's running long-term, annual is the better deal.

• What if I have multiple yachts?

  Each yacht is a separate project on a separate subscription. For more than three vessels we recommend the Enterprise lane below — it includes shared dashboards, SSO, and bulk pricing.

• Is my data exportable?

  Always. Every register exports as PSC-ready PDF, accounting exports to Excel, and you can pull a full project archive from the backend at any time.

• Where is data stored?

  Encrypted at rest in the EU on a managed PostgreSQL instance. The mobile app keeps a local-first copy on each device for full offline operation.

• Can I switch tiers later?

  Yes. Tiers can be upgraded or downgraded at any time from the App Store subscription settings.
