v2.5.0 — App Library visibility + billing fixes
The App Library gets department-aware permissions. Captains and admins can now decide which tiles and sections each crew role sees — the interior crew stops seeing engine-room tools, engineers stop scrolling past charter turnover checklists, and every crew member sees the shortest possible library for their role. Plus the billing hotfix bundle that shipped mid-cycle.
App Library: per-tile audience field on every tile in the catalogue.
App Library: crew departments inferred automatically from role + position — deck, engineering, interior, deckengineer, purser, and captain groupings.
App Library: admin 'Crew Visibility' editor to override tile audience or section visibility per vessel.
App Library: per-user pins and hides on top of the department rules — every crew member's home stays personal.
Billing: fixed paused-subscription state getting stuck after payment retry.
Billing: 'Resume subscription' now confirms visibly rather than silently succeeding.
Billing: Restore Purchases now recognises legacy in-app-purchase SKUs from the pre-2.4 tiers.
Between the 2.4.0 launch and the 2.5.0 bump, five phases of accounting-tax work, a quarterly VAT return export, a tank-type separation across Tank Soundings and Trends, and an auth-side bootstrap fix that solves the 403 flood new vessels used to see on first sync.
Accounting: taxAmount schema landed — every expense entry now carries the tax portion alongside the gross.
Accounting: Tax / VAT field on add and edit forms with sensible defaults per vessel jurisdiction.
Accounting: unified PDF report shape across quarterly close, monthly close, and season pack.
Accounting: AI receipt scan now extracts the tax / VAT line automatically from the photo.
Accounting: quarterly VAT return export as PDF and Excel — one click, PSC-office ready.
Tanks: fuel / water / oil tank types now visually separated in Tank Soundings, Logs, and Trends.
Auth backend: vessel record and membership row now mirror on every login, closing the 403 hole where a new user's first API call could fail before the platform bootstrap caught up.
v2.4.1 (build 380): light-theme revert kept as an option in Settings → Appearance for crews who preferred it; glass-icon home rework; R2 image sync migration for cross-device thumbnails; calendar and modal safe-area fixes.
