SAML or OIDC single sign-on with your identity provider (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace). Deprovision a leaver in one place and their access falls away everywhere.
Role hierarchies
Group-level and vessel-level roles. Owners see everything; DPAs see compliance across their assigned yachts; captains and engineers see their own vessel. Audit log for every permission change.
Priority support with SLA
Named support contact with defined response times. First response within two business hours (business days), workaround within one business day for Sev-1. Post-incident review shared with your operations team.
Custom onboarding
Assisted setup for each yacht in the fleet, imported from your existing PMS/CMMS. Data migration for maintenance history, certificates, and inventory. Crew training via remote sessions or aboard.

Pricing shape
Standard pricing starts at €12.99 per vessel per month. Fleets have a different shape — the details are negotiated per relationship.
- Volume banding. Per-vessel pricing decreases at 5, 10, and 20+ vessels. Effective ARR meets your budget on a real fleet.
- Predictable billing. Single annual invoice, EUR or USD, VAT-compliant. Adds and removes prorated monthly at the fleet level.
- Trial by yacht. Start with one or two vessels for a proper trial before rolling out. No upfront commitment for the fleet.
Deployment options
Most fleets run on our multi-tenant EU-hosted deployment — same infrastructure as our single-vessel customers, with fleet-level role hierarchies and dashboards layered on top. Where a management company requires a dedicated deployment for regulatory or contractual reasons, we support single-tenant setups in Fly.io EU regions with isolated databases and separate release cadence.
